applicant's credit history including the number
of trade accounts, ratings of trade accounts,
bankruptcies, court judgments or liens, and any
collections and bad debt information. It is also
an important tool for verifying your applicant’s
address history and the authenticity of a social
insurance number.

three years, the conviction dates and any points
accumulated.
CVOR DRIVER’S
ABSTRACT
Five (5) year snapshot of an Ontario issued
driver's license, containing information while
operating heavy commercial vehicles, contains
driver's license number, name, class, condition,
expiry and medical due dates, status, a
description of each accident, conviction and
inspection, plus microfilm reference numbers.
